For some reason the poster thought game theory was relevant. It isn't. Against opponents who play terrible, we should also play terribly, but in such a way that we make the most from them.
His conclusion doesn't follow from his premise. Like, if I am up against a loose passive, I am not thinking about optimal strat or what hand I have in relation to my total range. We don't need to think of stuff like that in small stakes games.
