Need help in staking a friend

I have no experience in staking deals so i'm open to suggestions.

He will probably need 4-6k more in staking money to play 2/4 but I know hes good enough to play. He is a trusted friend and will stick to guidelines i set. Obviously we'll be using PT to track his profit and loss.

what about a steaking deal on the portion of profits won? What about makeup?

Im sorry if i sound a total novice but thats because i am when it comes to staking people.
