<font color="red">Hero bets $9.25</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $22.35 and is All-In</font>, Hero ??

Villain is 19/13 over 40 hands. I'm at about 17/15. No real reads. Putting villain on AA, QQ, JJ, AKs, AQs. I feel that villains at NL25 more often than not are stacking off with QQ and JJ.

How could I have played this hand better? Check the turn for more info? Bet less? Fold to the AI?

You played it fine. You could bet a little more on the flop and turn but it's not important in a 3-bet pot. Generally the more raises put in preflop the less of a hand you should need to stack off with postflop. You should never consider folding to this all-in. This is a very standard call you'll make automatically as you play more. And checking the turn here would also be bad as you're giving him free cards and he may be drawing - and you're looking to get it all-in by the river in this hand. You don't get any information by checking.

You need to do some work on hand reading. Villain's range doesn't include AA, and rarely will include AK here. AQs is possible if he's holding A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. His range also includes 44,88,66, and possibly 33. There are also some mid suited-connectors in his range like T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] but you should discount these. 99 and TT are also possible.

Once the flop comes up with no ace in this 3bet pot, your plan should be to get it all in the middle. There's too much in the pot relative to the remaining stacks to really play it any other way. I'd bet a bit more on both streets (you do have flush/straight/Ace overcards to protect against), and I also feel fairly comfortable calling his all in.
