Default Required Poker Reading

While I may have missed a thread that covers this very topic, I'm wondering what your suggestions are for required poker reading.

I'm currently attempting to build a bankroll online and off, the online part you can read about at my web-site, and would like to expand not only my range of games (I tend to play only No Limit Texas Hold'em), but also stretch my ability playing in Cash Games at regular limits ($1-2, $2-5) as well as improve my tournament play.

While I'm sure these are goals of any poker player, I was hoping to use the collective knowledge of the 2+2 Forums to garner a basis of what poker literature y'all would recommend as requisite for becoming a better poker player.

Please list your Top Recommendations and Why.

I'd ask that you include with every recommendation, at least, a brief summary of why you're recommending the book and what elements of poker abilities (Cash, Tournament, Bankroll Management, etc.) it touches on.

I'm sure some of the suggestions will be uniform, but I'm also looking for those "diamond in the rough" texts that will help me greatly expand not only my live play, but my online play as well.

I look forward to reading y'alls responses, and thank you in advance for your time and thoughtfulness.

Thanks again,
Sky
