Well the last time I did it was when I saw a local Laughlin crackhead/tweeker whatever they were using, walking down the street at 4AM and I made fun of them by doing the triple arm tap. They thought I was holding and would sell them something. That tends to happen a lot in Laughlin.

From my experiences I can only comment on Phil's drug use (or lack thereof). I travelled with Phil and Antonio for a period of about 8 months in the past. I can think of many many many times when we have all been intoxicated (to various degrees) and there have been plenty of hard drugs available, in addition to social pressures in some form or another (i.e. from peers, females, etc.), and I personally have never once seen Phil do anything other than drink alcohol.
