Parking tips for the Bellagio?

A couple weekends ago on a Friday night, I headed out to the Bellagio for some poker, but I couldn't find any parking in the self-parking lot. After driving around for a little while, I gave up and went to the Wynn instead.

Are there any secondary/nearby lots that I can use when the main lot is full?

Valet your car at the North entrance which is right next to the poker room. Works great, plus you avoid the strip.

When its really bad park across the street, its really rare that this is an issue of course. I generally use the north valet.
