How exactly are you going to get to a cheap showdown in a 3bet pot against 2 other players? Just make a pot-sized bet here and get it all-in if raised.

You should generally speaking be trying to get you're money in. A lot of the time you'll find AA / KK will reraise you pre flop. I might raise up a little more pre-flop with the extra limper ($5) but its not bad.

I'd put out a cbet / value bet for $8 and call a shove / shove turn.

Ugh. Villain 1 could easily have a set, and God knows what Villain 2 has (although, discouragingly in this instance, fish do love JT). But I think I would bet and take my chances.

If Villain 1 raises then I think you're probably screwed, but I agree with you that a bet commits you.

It seems like every hand in villian 1's range has you beat except for AK. I'm not sure what the right move is. But I would probably put out a c-bet and try to get the money all-in hoping that he has AK.

AA/KK would have reraised quite often preflop, I think?
