Heck yeah. He just made a video of playing in the Sunday Mil after he won a double shootout for $13.

I think that the initiative is flawed, specifically with the multitabling issue that you reference. However, it raises the question of why has the PPA not put together an initiative for California, which is one of the easiest states to get an initiative enacted.

As much as it seems the PPA might not know what they are doing a lot of the time I would much rather they be working on this than TuffFish.

He's evidently trying to take this opportunity to push forward with his other agendas as well such as his anti-multitabling stance (which I again think is odd since there is video of him multi-tabling while using a HUD and even when single-tabling he appears to be the one taking far more time than his opponents typically).
