Default 200BB dep Against Nit

Hi. I want your comments on this hand. Normally, i fold 8Ts OOP, but this time , I choose to play. I put him on AK. I think he would raise 99-AA on the flop so we cant draw cheaply. What do you think about this line? How would you play?
Villian stats is 16/10/2 over 50 hands. No History.

You must raise this flop. 100% of the time. tbh, you must lead this flop. You are OOP on one of the drawiest flops ever. Villian is a nit with a very low AF for a nit, you cannot be expecting him to cbet this board very often. You should donk the flop for about 2.5.

As played, now the scare card hits and you do what you should have done on the flop. I think you have to do this here because you have no real range for either villian and you cannot let this turn check through (which is likely since an ace shouldn't be peeling this flop very often). But instead you are raised.

raise could mean alot thing. Im leaning towards AcXc as most likely. Its either that or 55 imo. I guess he could have AK/AQ, but this guy isn't raising with that very often imo.

Since we are OOP, I just come over he top here. It will probably be hard to extract more on the river if it brick, let alone if the draws get there like they did.

PF whatever.

flop i typically c/r. i disagree with the above poster that we 'have' to lead this flop. but as stated, c/r-ing is typically a fine line. c/c bet turn or c/c c/r turn are both okay too, though it depends on your opponent. given this particular one, i like c/r-ing the flop.

turn is okay given flop action. i dont like checking the turn much as he checks behind a ton with KK/QQ and the like (even though there shouldnt be many Aces in your range). i would call the raise or just shove.

river i would c/r all in or just shove myself.
