Thoughts and results...
Thoughts: Private Joker got it right. I was thinking about folding, but thought better of it because of the two pair combos that I can beat. I called down.
Results: I call the turn raise. River gives a rag [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I check. He thinks for about 10 seconds and bets (I know he's worried about a river check-raise) and I call. He shows J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] for the win. I pick up the Q card and look at villain and smile. He said “double gutter” and I nod my head as I missed that. Hard to read those double-gutters sometimes. Props to gaming_mouse for guessing his hand. Thanks for your thoughts, Garland |
