What a [censored] joke. When did Ottawa become the NE Patriots? Chickensh!t penalty on Campbell. They can clothesline Briere with a stick on the PK & no call...but seven 2man advantages for them since last year.

Buffalo got what they deserved. They just totally let up. Figures. Their inconsistent effort all year could cost them dearly.

Zubris call was a terrible giving them the 5 on 3
...Miller is shaky and Emery has kept them in this along with the dissaollwed goal by Buffalo early... ...and how does an Ottawa defensemen grab the puck in the crease and Buffalo not get a penalty shot...does he have to cover it or can they grab and throw it like he did??? ...we are KILLING them even strength, and getting [censored] calls and taking weak penalties which is killin us

[/ QUOTE ] all year...they did win the president cup.. ..if you state the playoffs thats understandable...and aside from 20 minutes of the last 100 they have played as well as or better than Ottawa ...there special teams is killing them...again

This period will let know about this season. If they don't give an effort like the first period, they just don't have what it takes. You have to put the bad calls behind you, and just take it from them. Emery is terrible, but they refuse to get shots on him. They had what, 5 shots that period? With 2 PP's? Horrid. And yeah, I meant inconsistent in the playoffs. They just show up for small stretches at a time. There's really no reasoning for it. Where's Drury? He's been nothing these two games.
