Poker DVDs (ITH)

Hi,

I'm pretty sure this is the wrong froum but I can't figure out where else to ask.
Well, I've cleared a bonus on ITH and I wonder what rewards I should get ( 1 Premium and 1 Standart ).
I was thinking about getting a DVD set and a book.

How good are the DVD's they offer ( especially Jacob's Heads-Up DVD and Fromm's Shorthanded DVD ).
I'm currently playing 1/2 SH, can these DVD's significantly improve my game / what Limit can you beat after just watching the HU DVD?

Also I'm not quite sure which book to get.
I either want something which is mostly about LimitHoldem Shorthanded / Heads-Pp or about live games.
