Some will say your VPIP is too high, I think it's fine but 2 things need to happen:

1. Raise a lot more peflop. If you want to get involved in more hands, you need to give yourself a better chance to win them postflop. A preflop raise will often do this.
2. You need to be more aggressive postflop. Your aggression factor should be more like 2.2/2/1.8 for flop/turn/river.

If you can't do those things then you need to lower your VPIP by a fair bit.If you can, then you will be fine

Thanks, I guess I need to learn to iso raise pre-flop more with hands that I'm limping with, and probably tighten up my limping standards.

You are defending a ton in the blinded seats but your % attempts to steal the blinds is really low. This is most likely because you're not popping in a lot of hands from the seats closest to the button. If you start popping these hands in, your flop aggression will most likely increase to a more reasonable level because you will be continuation betting a lot on your steal plays (whether you got there or not).

example. if you pick up the 66o in the CO and no one has limped, do you limp or pop it in?

I'm usually 4 or 5 tabling and it's not uncommon for things to get stacked up and when I bring up a table where I'm in late position to limp before it registers that only the blinds are in. I think I had 2 or 3 of those tonight where I went "dang I should have raised that." 66 seems a little low to be stealing with, but I did with 77 today and got my tuckas handed to me... Don't try to steal from people with AT...

Where are you playing? Why are you "bringing up" tables? You should have plenty of time to assess your hand and everyone involved in pot (including those who posted blind) prior to acting.

I play at Party and don't have a big enough screen to not overlap. I'm waiting for PAHUD to learn how to scale fonts so I can try resizing the tables. I have one in each corner and when I'm 5 tabling one in the middle. If I'm in 3 hands and on the 4th it's my turn to act pf I can sometimes act without looking quite close enough to the action. It is something I'm aware of but it does happen.
