Default Limit Hold\'em: Winning Shorthanded Strategies - Any good?

I mostly play $1/$2 SH LHE and (sometimes $2/$4 SH LHE if I'm running/playing well). Is there any material in this book that's new or decent enough to purchase? Are they any bits of information that I can't find on the forums here?

Would you recommend it for small stakes LHE players?
