Default NL200 Cash - TPTK in RR Pot

Villain had been playing very weak/tight but running the occasional big bluff. He is probably starting to get a little demoralized since he has not won a single decent pot yet.

This hand did not feel like a bluff to me, and he hadn't been calling 3bets preflop light as far as I could tell. So my range on him was A9-AQ with a spade (or not) or some random flush like KsQs or similar. I think this is an auto-push, but just want to get some thoughts.

With there being 3 spades on the board, I don't see what you can do other than push. If he has AJ/A7/set, nh. I'm certainly felting TPTK here for 120BB.

Depends on villian but I actually fold here most of the time, villian is not floating you and best case scenario he has aq with spade

I don't really agree with this. People do crazy things in 3-bet pots, even normally weak/tight ones. Villain could easily have 99/tt/qq/kk with a spade here, amongst other holdings.
