I regularly get morons asking me all sorts of stuff - like one [censored] who called me at 5.30am complaining that he can't install Absolute Poker graphics on his machine. Who the hell would seek Absolute Poker technical support from a website called www.absolutepokercheats.com? Also: You should email him a program that randomly switches around the pokerstars card images. i.e. use the ace of clubs image for 2d.gif, etc.
