Default someone please tell me a made the right laydown, please

ok, trying to be brief. $200 buyin tourney in oklahoma, 150 entered about 85 left, started with 3000, blinds are 200/400 and i have about 7000. in the bb w AJss, old live nit button raises to 1200. on the last round he did the same thing and i shipped it w Ak he gave a speech and folded. Ths time just call, then played the rest pretty bad, please help.

flop come T33 2 clubs, i check, he bets 1000, call quick, next card is the 6 clubs, check, check. river is a J,i bet out 1600 he ships it almost immediately having me covered by about 2x......??????? I read him weak on an earlier hand and was right, but he felt strong here, someone called a clock on me after like 2 minutes i was pissed, kinda threw my cards at the dealer, exposed aj then the guy says "u folded the winner" or some such and shows a red A, any thoughts? I know i played the hand bad, real bad, but did i get bluffed?

I wouldn't be calling off 1/3 my stack hoping to hit a flush and then a jack against a tight player. If I am playing this hand, I am reraising all in just like he did with the ak.
