How do u control your rage?

I have a major tilt issue like most ppl(well, at least i assume most do).

i just cant stop playing tilted after some donks put bad beats on me. i know i should stop playing when im tired, tilted and drunk, but somehow i have this "i must get back what i've lost" issue.

i've lost 1/3 of my BR in less than a day, im just a small stakes player but that still hurts. what's even worse is that once i got tilted, i played pot limit omaha h/l, a game about which i know jackshit. dont [censored] have any clue what led me to play that game, and i was drunk and tired last night.

so i guess im basically asking how the [censored] do stop playing poker for like 1-2 days if im either tilted or so [censored] tired and mentally drained that u know ur gonna get beat.

and i deserved what i got and for a moment i actually thought about donking all my money away.
