Cant believe with his experience under the lights and in big money situations that Lee would be that big of a dog....I like the aggressiveness of Lam, but he is just as prone to make a big call at the wrong time and finish 7th or 8th to warrant being that big of a favorite. Im not a Lee fan, but if I could get almost 9-1 on him I would be willing to put up a little change....Seems to me Rahme would have to get hit by the deck shorthanded to win this event and wouldnt lay a penny short of 20-1.

Please explain this to those of us who aren't familiar with bookies.

How much must the bettor wager? $100 or $110? or some other amount?

Dont see Alex K.

jog- you can wager any amount. If you bet $50 at +285 you would lose 50 or win 50 x 2.85 = 142.50

My question is why is Lam such a heavy favorite? Is he that much better than Hilm/Kalmar?

I'd be all over 986 if I had a significant bankroll

Lam is better than 5:1 at Betfair, and yes 986 is great odds.

Is Watkinson +350 in a LL with Lam? That's a great price...
