lol I've been the bad gear dude before. Dr. Quick-Skins is probably the funniest... I think you see this all the time at the IMA (University of WA gym).

I played with a lot of "bad gear dudes", most who played after work. Nothing better than getting dunked on by 38 year old ex-Div 1 baller with steel-toed boots on.

Oh, this is a great place to unleash one of my Theories of Pick-Up basketball;

The length of a white player's shorts is the determining factor in their propensity to shoot when given the ball. If you can see his balls, he probably knows he sucks and will never shoot. If his calf is completely exposed, he will never pass. Ever.
