US \'burning platform\' takes in more $$$ from the ROW than vice versa..
According to most newspapers, pundits and Op-Eds, they'd have you believe that the US is paying far more income to overseas investors/RoW than we are collecting from them in return, [and of course the world is going to hell in a handbasket.]
Since I had read this about eleventy-million times, I thought it was true. Lower living standards, gas lines, high inflation & high unemployment. Instead of the risk of terrorists killing a few thousand people, we faced a very real threat of nuclear Armageddon killing millions. My guess is that he'd be telling us the end is near and the only solution is to buy IOWA FARMLAND!
