A read would help a lot. If he almost never reraises, I go bet/fold.

Very read/history dependent.
Folding pf wouldn't be terrible. As played, c/c would be my default line. |

Reload Preflop
Fold Preflop if you are just playing for set value. With no PT stats I can't give much more advice. |

bet/fold is a good line(no read makes it hard)

I had very few hands on villain. Only 1 hand of note seen and he played it solidly. I just think there is some chance this is a positional play, but probably not that much at this level.
