A good example that many 2+2ers would know is Eastbay's SNGPT Heads-Up strategy in his tutorial. He used a Nash Equilibrium Game Theory technique to develop push/call ranges for various "R" sizes (multiples of the big blind).

He also notes that just because it is unexploitable, that doesn't mean it is always the most profitable against less than perfect players. He states that if you play this strategy, and someone else is playing the same strategy (or by extension you feel you are an underdog) they can not play in a way where they have an advantage.
