Well shes not my wife as of yet... but she will be next June, we have been dating for over 4 years. I found out last week that she is going to have a baby sometime around the first of the year. Man I hope she has the new years baby that would be sweet.

As of right now I am happy but I am sure i will get scared once i realize that I will no longer be able to do the things I do right now.

Dcasper70 reminded me to update. On April 26, two healthy Banya babies were born. A boy and a girl.

The boy was 6 lbs. even and the girl was 5 lb. 11 oz. Pretty good weight for twins.

Mom and babies are doing really well. Unfortunately, I only have 1 hour of online poker in, no live poker, no golf since that day.

It has been well worth it, though.

Peace,

KennyBanya

Due 11/07 (not sure the day)
Our 2nd
Hoping for a girl, we have a boy, then we can stop.

If we have a girl (my choices): 1. Zoe, 2. Kaylee (I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Firefly)

If we have a boy, I'm going to mostly defer choices to my wife (unless she picks names that'll get him punched in the nose). I picked our 1st son's name, Elliott.

Expecting our third and fourth (ugh) at the end of September/Early October. Because it is twins (and will be a scheduled C-Section) it will be at least 2 week prior to their due date of 10/18. Both girls --- haven't picked names yet though we are leaning toward Anna and Emma.

Hello moms and dads ('to be' and otherwise),

Hope everyone is great!

I wanted to stop in and give an update of my 4 month old son Jonah.

He is so sweet; my wife and I can't get enough of him.

We had a brief scare a few days ago when his doctor diagnosed him w/ meningitis. I can't tell you the emotions I went through for a few hours. I'm not too proud to say I can't remember ever crying that hard in my life.

Turns out he has Coxsackie Virus (hand/mouth/foot disease). I'm not going to get into the misinformation and misdiagnosis that we received but let's just say I wasn't very thrilled. Although I was pleased as punch to find out he'd be ok in a few days.

Other than that he is doing great.

I love dropping by and reading all the great stories and seeing the awesome pictures everyone shares.

This is a fantastic thread!!

I am very pleased to announce the birth of my son Mihali George. He was born at 10:58 A.M. on Sept. 18, weighed 8 lbs. 8 oz.'s and measured 19" long. Both Mihali and his mother are doing fine.

For those of you who were around during the "birth" of this thread, can you believe your children have turned/are about to turn one year old?

My daughter is 11 months on Thursday and I am blown away. This past year has been at the same time fast (she's ONE already?) and slow (my every day is filled with fatigue).

We're in the process of sending out her first birthday invitations. This is all very weird.

And the best part is, she's more perfect than I could have hoped for, except for the fact that she has only just started sleeping through the night this past week. And...I just jinxed it.

Here's the pic we used for the birthday card. This is her about 10.5 months (last Sunday):
