I think you somewhat misunderstand that many of us do not expect people to HAVE hot pics of chicks in the threads where we demand pics. Requesting pics, however, has many benefits:

1. We can make fun of your girlfriend, wife, sister, or whatever.
2. Trainwreck opportunities sky rocket.
3. Sometimes we do get pics of hot chicks, and it makes us happy in the nether regions.
4. In many stories, it provides additional information for us to base advice off of. Like for deciding if you should "hit it and quit it or not", or if she really is getting fat, or how much of her crap you really should put up with before you dump her.

Just my 2 cents. I think your number one rule is a big meh.

In general these request ruin threads. It's a stupid attitude and you of all people should realize that #3 makes no point, given how easy it is to find porn online. Also, pics w/o nudity inline should be A-OK (esp if marked NSFW). I mean, if its on Yahoo News its SFW.

Most of those "great threads" are basically 500 pots of people saying "OMG THIS THREAD ROCKS" instead of the thread actually rocking. Also they're people from the forum being dicks (oops!) to some poor girl who simply made the bad choice to sleep with/not sleep with some oversharing douche.

Trainwrecks are bad because 2p2 doesn't want to look like some mobile internet carrier from which attacks on other people/places are launched.

Again, let Threadcat guide you in these matters. That's kinda what I consider to be just a good awesome post that shows you how hard BBV4L can rock.
