Bump. I just clicked on this forum to ask exactly the same question and noticed this thread. In fact I have had this same problem a number of times. I remember a hand pretty well and I go to PT to look it up starting from the "Known starting hands" box and it simply isn't there. What gives?

Try requesting the hand history from the poker site directly. Then re-import it into PT.

My HHs are automatically downloaded from Stars into PT. I've found that I don't get the HH for a particular hand when I close a table (typically when I'm pissed from being stacked) before the start of the next hand. So whenever I sit out- I leave the table up for a hand or so to make sure I get it- hasn't been a problem since doing that.

Would this cause hands to be duplicated in PT?
