tax question

i dont know where to ask this, but i figure that people here know more about taxes than i do.

for a tournament this year i was being staked and so all the profits from that tournament didnt go to me. when filling out my taxes, is there some extra form to fill out for this?

you have to fill out a form called Form 5754
