Default Missing hands on PT (Prima network)

Hello there,

This is incredibly irritating!
Basically... at the start of a session a lot of the time (even with PT running and importing for 20 mins or so before starting) the first few hands of the session are missing.

It is becoming more common now and is ruining my records.

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to overcome it?

Thank you in advance.

I have tried importing the data from the .dat file but the hands tend to not even exist in there!

Such an annoying problem.,

I've never had this problem with Prima on PT - the only missed hands I ever have are ones when my computer crashed during the hand.

But a couple of things to try that often help with Prima HH issues. Delete the gamehistory.dat file. The Prima client will re-create it next time you open it. Also, I always hit the "Reset DB" button in PT before every session - can't hurt.
