Original Nintendo on Wii?

I really like original Nintendo, mostly Mario. I heard you can play it on the Wii somehow. Is it true? How? thanks

you download the games you want (they're coming out with more all the time) off the wii's online service. you can play them with the wiimote, the classic controller that you can buy for 20 bucks, or using a gamecube controller, depending on the game.

obv you need to have your wii online for this to work. i haven't actually done this myself as i can't get mine online (stupid afj;klasdjgagakjs campus wireless), but yeah it's supposed to easy and really fun.
