Romans 1:26-27 condemns heterosexuals who depart from Christianity, embrace Paganism, worship idols, and act against their nature by engaging in homosexual behavior.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 is somewhat ambiguous, but apparently refers to men who sexually abuse boys, and is unrelated to consensual homosexual behavior in a committed relationship.
1 Timothy 1:9-10 carries the same ambiguous message as 1 Corinthians.
Jude 7 refers back to the attempted rape of angels in Sodom -- again unrelated to consensual homosexual behavior.
1 Corinthians 6:11 does hold out hope that sinners can be reformed and sanctified. However, this would seem to refer to child molesters deciding to abandon their criminal. abusive practices.

I didnt want him to attack peoples sources or interpretations. However, I didnt really want any sources or interpretations in the first place, so I suppose you are right. Basically, I know there are websites that allow you to search to Bible for keywords, but I also know that 'homosexual' isn't in the Bible, so I didn't know how to go about it. I really just wanted people who know a lot about the Bible to point out any passages they can think of that relate to it. I can do my own interpreting, at least for the purpose I need it for. And no I won't say what that is and no it isn't anything sinister or devious, so Bible scholars don't worry about me misusing your honest attempts to help me.

Naw worries. Short answer: It depends on a personal interpretation, and the Bible contradicts itself on more than one issue, after all.

Nothing personal, but I think most of your posts and your belief system requires the longest stretch imaginable.

Also- this is not my beliefs. This is simply a website that lists how different groups interpret the Bible. It lists many sides as well as literal translations.

The listing I made was very literal and put the quotes into context. Its generally the homophobes who then stretch the verse to fit their prejudices.

You should check out the website Religioustolerance.org.

They list topics of different themes from various religions.

For Bibilical questions they list the scripture as well as how it is inpretated by different people. They often have various translations of the same text as well so you can see why there is debate over different verses.

The site doesn't take a stand on many issues and simply shows the views of different groups.

Leviticus 18:22-23 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Leviticus 20:13 - If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Deuteronomy 23:17-18 - There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

1 Kings 14:22-24 - And Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked him to jealousy with their sins which they had committed, above all that their fathers had done. For they also built them high places, and images, and groves, on every high hill, and under every green tree. And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

Isaiah 3:9 - The show of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.

Luke 17:25-32 - But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. Romans 1:24-32 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. 2 Peter 2:6-9 - And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

Jude 1:7-8 - Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

The bible only recognizes sex to be good in the context of marriage. Marriage has been defined as male and female two coming together and becoming on flesh.

Mark 10:6- But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and the two shall become one flesh;…

Yes, they were talking about marriage.
