pf kinda skews the whole hand, maybe river is a fold against this guy, he does seem suprisingly agro though.

$8 to $10 is standard.

yea you need to raise a standard raise preflop. Whatever you usually raise by pf. I go 3.5 bb

I don't see why you didn't raise preflop.

I usually bet this turn as well.

As played, you can probably fold the river. But I sometimes will call based on the timing of the bets and 'feel'.
