Default Creating an on-line bookies

Hi,
I am a final year student in computer science. For my final year project, I'm looking into developing an
on-line bookmakers and I would appreciate it if you could supply me with some information into how bookmakers operate or point me towards some relevant material.

Cheers,
Dave

From the FAQ:

"Roxy Roxborough’s book Sports Book Management provides a good view of how sportsbooks operate."

You're not going to find much better information out there.

Fortunately for you i hear they have these things called libraries which let you check out books for free. You might give that a shot.

But if $15-$25 for a book is out of your price range, you might want to try writing your thesis on another topic.

Here's something I found with a very simple Google search:

alternatively your school library might have a copy, or if you're in the US you and your advisor can put in a request to the library to buy a copy.

Yea. I'll send you the $20 over Stars if you take the liberty to order the damn book for him and have it shipped.

If he ever posts again, you send me back $20. Cool?
