Pokerstars VPP Milestone Bonuses
I just crossed the 200,000 VPP mark on the year and am eligible for a $2,000 bonus for 50,000 FPPs. The problem is that it's not listed in the FPP store in the software and I cannot purchase it from the site. I contacted stars but have not gotten a helpful reply. Does anyone know how the hell a guy is supposed to get this damn bonus?

did you go to the VIP-section after you went to the FPP store in the software?
assuming you did and it's still not there then contact them again and make sure you clarify that you are referring to the MILESTONE bonus at 200k VPP's. They might have skimmed through it and thought you were referring to one of the regular points-for-cash bonuses.
