Alabama Booster Murder
Does this story reek of something bigger to anyone else?
Basically, a guy was convicted of paying off a high school coach to make sure his player went to Alabama. He was murdered and it sounds like it was savage and/or brutal. The sports news keep covering it, but no one is saying whether the two are linked, just making the insinuation. This may just be news because it was such an influential booster, but who knows? Re: Alabama Booster Murder
It has to be a Auburn fan that did it.

Re: Alabama Booster Murder
The Alabama fans will end up blaming Phillip Fulmer. Everything else is Fulmer's fault (at least in their eyes).

Re: Alabama Booster Murder
As an Alabama fan I can say this.
1. Now would be a retarded time for an Alabama fan to kill him (it's a possibility it was one). The probation is finally over. Had this happened like a week after the scandal hit I would say it was a Bama fan for sure. 2. This guy was apparently involved in alot of other shady business and had many enemies. 3. The guy's connection to Alabama was and is continually blown out of proportion. They always refer to him as some "powerful booster" that was heavily involved in the program and crap. He was indeed a booster, but just one of thousands Alabama has, just like every other major sports college has. 4. The entire affair stunk, from this shady guy's dealings, to Philip Fulmer being a secret witness, to the NCAA's sham investigation and mock trial. |

It's official, the police are ruling it an accident. Dude fell and cracked his head on a metal railing in his house.

Re: Alabama Booster Murder
Either way you have to love how it goes from a brutal crime scene with blood all over the house to the guy falling down the stairs.
