Which system to buy?
I cannot decide which system to purchase and am seeking some advice. I am mainly into sports games with some war ones thrown in.
Is there a good link with discussion about ps3/xbox360/wii? Thanks |

Re: Which system to buy?
sounds like the 360 to me, altho the wii should be pretty good for sports in the future. PS3 not really worth it, due to high cost, and not much going for it atm

Re: Which system to buy?
360. The vast majority of sports games will come out for at least the 360 and PS3 (some Wii as well). Due to the nature of the systems, most of these games will be written for the 360 first, and then ported to the PS3 (especially if they have a PC version as well, 360 and PC share a lot of the same libraries). So the 360 version will usually be a smidge better than the PS3 - combine that with the lower price tag, more games, xbox live, etc... and it's a no-brainer.

Re: Which system to buy?
360 has a better catalog of games than ps3 at the moment not to mention cheaper
call of duty 3 is a nightmare on the wii as well as sports games |

Re: Which system to buy?
Sony is on the verge of tanking, it seems as a corp. they're making all the wrong moves. I'd go with Wii if you like party games and x3 if you can stand that godawful controller.
I would buy a PS3 if it weren't for the lack of games currently. |

Re: Which system to buy?
Biggest reason you should be the 360 is because of users online. I assume you want to play sports and war games against others and you can't do that at all on the wii and the ps3 has a real limited user base.
