agreed. just increase the amount of time it takes to buy back into a table with a new stack (30 minutes on stars i think) to like 2 hours.

fish buy in short and tend to stick around. we dont really want them to have to buy in for a larger minimum.

ratholers will have a much harder time jumpin around with the time increase
