Re: Weight Loss - Torn Shoulder
Do repair exercises
My friend injured his rotator and has had countless tear injuries. He swears by one method Take a rubber ball and press it between your hand and a wall Then spell out every letter of the alphabet by rolling the ball.. Its a common shoulder repair exercise which will build strength in it again. |

Re: Weight Loss - Torn Shoulder
You tore a muscle 18 months ago and it still hurts? That can't possibly be right. I would stop worrying about my weight and instead go and see an orthopedic surgeon. You likely tore a lot more than your muscle.

Diet is more important than aerobic activity. Not neccessarily clean just eat less.

Re: Weight Loss - Torn Shoulder
try to swim... different strokes work different muscle groups. You might find that one of the various strokes doesn't hurt.
BTW... listen to "Solids" and go see another specialist. Your arm shouldn't still be F-ed up. |

Re: Weight Loss - Torn Shoulder
If only there was some place you could post this where people are used to talking about training and health issues...
