Default Preflopraise-Amount with Shortstack

Hello everbody

I have a question about the Preflop-Raise-Amount with a shortstack (20BB) and a TPGK-Hand like AJ+, KQ. My standard-raise is 4BB, but with example AK I have a problem on the flop, if I don't hit a pair and my opponent raise my Cont-Bet.

Her is the example:
Hero (20BB) bet 4BB in MP with AKo
Villan call on the Button

Flop (2 Players, 9.5BB) 2,7,T
Hero bet 6BB, Villan raise All-In

I have 6 Outs (3.1-1) to the river, the pot give me 3.2-1 (31.5-10), so I'm on the borderline for calling/folding, by folding I have lost 10BB. Not a optimal situation.

I would ask you, if my play is the best or should I raise preflop an another amount, like 3BB or more like 6BB.

With 3BB I can play the follow Way:
Hero raise 3BB and make a 3BB-Cont-Bet, Villan raise All-In
Pot-Odds 27.5-14 = 2.0-1 => easy fold and only lost 6BB

With 6BB I can play the follow Way:
Hero raise 6BB and make a 8BB-Cont-Bet, Villan raise All-In
Pot-Odds 35.5-6 = 5.9-1 => easy call

What think you about this? My preference is the samllraise preflop with a small Cont-Bet, so I can laydown my AK with a small lost.

I'm interested about your opinion.
