25NL - TPTK on turn, but I get donked on a flush board

OK, pretty standard up until the turn, I hit my TPTK and he donks me for a small bet... Since he called the flop bet I figured he probably had something, though he is kinda loosey goosey donk so he could have just overs.

The bet is so small I couldn't resist, is this OK to make this call?

On the river, i'm getting 5.5:1 to call, I have to call right?

If this hand played out 100 times and you called each time how often do you think you would take the pot? 5%, 10%, 20%? If you think your ahead of this villain 20% of the time or more I'd call, if not save your 8bb's.

With a four flush on board, I agree with CaptVimes that you don't win often enough to call with those odds. You might even be behind to a set of 8s which he starts out betting on turn cause he's scared you have a FD...
