99 (and middle pair alike) 15/30 live Turn Play

Playing a bit of live poker with a 9handed 15/30 game. I'm in the hijack, and I have an extremely loose passive player in SB, and someone who is on uber mega tilt in BB (tilter is playing extremely LAG, raising almost every chance he gets and spewing money).

I raise in the hijack with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I get called by the SB, and the BB 3-bets, call, call. Flop reads 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB checks, BB bets, i raise, SB folds, BB calls. Turn J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], BB bets, I....

cap preflop...and i think its very easy...

i think you can call down...since you are heads up against an aggro tilter you need to show this down...i see no reason to raise and open yourself up to getting 3bet...
