AK facing two \"special\" raisers
Don't have the HH but this happened last night in $200 NL.
UTG (80/25) Raises to $4 with $170 stack CO (35/25) Reraises to $14 with $200 stack I have AK on the button with about $200. UTG was playing and raising every hand often with air. Over a couple of hundred hands his WTSD was 40% and W$SD was 20%. He joined the table after me which was a special treat. CO was the reason I joined the table - he lost a $1000 stack mainly to me about a week ago in $200NL. I Raise to $42 UTG Raises to $100 CO waits a while and folds I Push for the remaining $70 in his stack. Ok? rvg |

Re: AK facing two \"special\" raisers
Looks ok given the read.
I don't feel bad if you happen to be up against AA/KK here, there is a lot of dead money, and you will likely get that cash back from these guys if you happen to lose. |

Re: AK facing two \"special\" raisers
No AA or KK. Just wanted to make sure that this was a push against most donkeys and usually a fold against unknown / non-donkey.

Re: AK facing two \"special\" raisers
It's likely that CO has got one of your aces, so you're probably only 40% to win now. However you're getting better that 2-1 so easy call.

Re: AK facing two \"special\" raisers
Looks perfect to me. With your read he's probably calling with at least some worse aces as well as a lot of pocket pairs and even some random trash thrown in.
Nice hand. |
