Playing the hand this way almost gaurantees a small pot. Villian is not aggressive, and yet you try to check raise him on all streets??

If he has a flush draw, make him pay for it. You lucked out here, but I think you lose a lot of value playing it this way.

You really need to bet this flop and turn. You need to build a pot, so you can win a big one . c/r-ing the turn is okay I suppose, but I prefer to bet all three streets. I also think that betting pot on this river is best. He is never folding a flush. He might not call some of those bets, but he will probably call with some of the hands (flush/etc) but not bet with them on the river.

C/R river is ugly. You're lucky he has the one hand that MIGHT call a C/R here. The other times, you get pwned by T8/T3/AT (HE'S BB!).

Lead flop is ok if you're doing it with non sets.
Lead turn for sure, wtf?
I'd 3/4 the river unless I think he wouldn't raise that with a flush.
