DEEEEEEP 5/10... LINE CHECK VS BAD PLAYER.
This site does not have hand histories. Villain here is a bad tagg border line fish that can be labeled a calling station. He floats the flop a lot in random dumb spots. I have been pretty quiet/tight/solid at the table, while he has been donking it up and not valuing position or bet sizing very well. He has minraised UTG before, and has show down weak hands.
Stakes: 5/10 6mtable (5 handed) Stacks Hero ($2682) UTG ($4kish) Preflop UTG raises $20, 1 fold, Hero raises $140, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $120. Flop ($280) A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG checks, Hero bets $240, UTG calls. Turn ($720ish) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG checks, Hero bets $625, UTG raises $1250, Hero unhappily pushes his last 1k in. Thoughts? |

Re: DEEEEEEP 5/10... LINE CHECK VS BAD PLAYER.
OBVIOUSLY, I think I am most likely [censored] on the turn but once I bet turn I feel like I might as well get all in. Benefits to betting turn; -its a 3bet pot -i have a set -he will most likely stick around with a lot of hands, given description. -I fear that I lose to much value when I check. - Once he minraises me I say fk, and hope he is on retarded bluff or a semibuff. Questions; Should I be thinking pot control always this deep? |
