Loan Help

Okay this is kind of long. My girlfriend needs to come up with $14,000 for school by next week. She's looking at going to Paul Mitchell school for cosmetology. For some reason they don't accept student loans. They only accept cash or personal checks. Or something called a May loan that has to be paid off every month. She is not planning on having a job to cover that percentage every month. I was wondering if there is anyway I can get a loan for $14,000 all up front, where no payments will be needed until after school is done?

It is possible that she can get a personal loan outside of the Federal Loan Program, although getting this done in one week is probably an impossibility.

Maybe waiting until 1 week before classes start to figure out how to fund schooling wasn't her best choice.....
