I 4-6 table. I find that with 6 tables my reads suffer greatly and that with 4 tables my attention can sometimes wander. 5 is sort of my sweet spot right now but I think that 4 is still optimal for me.

That being said it is all just a matter of practice. When I first started 4 was out of the question, let alone 6. Just work your way up if thats what you want to do but don't just open 8 and go to town.

NL50 is really where people start to put you on ranges and test your cbets frequently instead of playing fit or fold on the flop.

Dude they don't even do that at 400NL. You're imagining [censored].

It's amazing how often I wander back and forth between these two opinions.

IMO, aggression is noticeably higher at nl50.

You need like 1500 to be rolled for 8 tabling 25nl.

I'm currently 12-tabling 50nl, running about a 18/10, and making a little over 5bb/100. The play here is still so typical, but there is definitely a difference from 25nl...

every time i've taken a shot at 100nl, i've 12-tabled right off the bat, which i guess is a bad thing as i'm not used to the swings.

Dropping down tables when moving up seems like a very good idea
