Default 100nl: Over pair (JJ) gets played back at.

Villain is running 28/25/2.5 about 100 hands. I figured the flop check raise was to get me off of 2 paint cards, for the reason i raised the hand before and took it down with a cbet on the flop. I thought there was a decent chance he would play back at me with air on this flop. But i don't understand the smooth call on the flop. Whats our line on the turn. Do we check? what if a paint card falls on the river, we have to fold then right?

You shouldn't have 3-bet in the first place unless you want to get all your money in the middle.

If youre going to reraise on the flop, which I like, make it more. I'd go at least 60. As played youre committed, you got your blank if you thought you were ahead on the flop then most likely nothing has changed, just get it in there.

I don t mind the 3 bet ,now on the turn it s an obvious shove and if a paint card did came on the turn it would still be a shove since the 3 bet commited u to the pot imho.

flop 3-bet is bad - hes not calling teh reraise with anything you beat.
and if hes bluffing, which you think he might be, then just call and give him a chance to confinue his bluff on the turn

you have half your stack in, but checking behind and folding to a river shove cant be that bad. he almsot always has a set here.

Looks to me like you're boned here.

I mean, a 28/25 who flats an UTG raise pre is on PP a LOT. There's no draws on the flop really, so his c/r is a bit scary but might be just trying to take hero of AK or whatever. Once he smooth calls that bet/3bet from the UTG raiser on a dry raggy board, I just can't see JJ being good here ever.

Edit: Oh, and what cs3 said about the flop 3bet.
Calling > Folding >>>>> Reraising.
