Default Food @ Foxwoods

I am getting a $10 food ticket with my ferry trip to Foxwoods. It says its good for "$10 food or full buffet".

Is the buffet open 24 hours? I am going to Foxwoods at 9pm and plan on playing overnight, leaving at 7am. I have to figure out when and where is the best to eat and use this coupon. TIA.

My buddies and I use to eat the buffet there by the Rainmaker casino. We always had a good meal, nothing extravagent, but we got our $ worth each time.

I think the buffet is actually pretty good for the price. No you are not getting filet mignon but the carving station is not bad and the southwestern section is very good. I do agree the breakfast buffet is better, and no it is not open 24 hours a day. But they will still be serving dinner buffet when u get there and i believe the breakfast buffet opens around 7 am.

AFAIK the only 24hr place is veranda in the lobby of the grand pequot which is literally ~.5 mile away from the poker room. It might be impossible to eat there without getting picked up, but dinner reseating is an option.

I don't think the buffet or the cafe in the poker room open very early either - probably 8-10. Your best bet is panera bread, I think it opens a little earlier.
