A few hands from last night. Live 5/5
Any comments on how I played these hands from start to finish please, thanks.
Hand 1: Villain is a young asian kid who I think is pretty good and I know he thinks I am good. He's tight and doesn't take a make a lot of risky high-variance tricky plays. Pretty straight-forward. 5/5 Live I have 66 in the SB, 5 limpers, blinds check. Flop 3c 6h 9s I(2500) bet out 30, UTG calls, Villain (1050) makes it 130 from MP. I call, UTG folds. Turn 5c I check, he bets 150. I think for a minute and raise to 600 total, He thinks briefly and goes all-in for 400ish on top. Hand 2: I haven't played with villain in this hand for a couple months and the only thing I remember about him is he was bad, but I don't remember how he was bad. 5/5 live I (2500) raise to 35 UTG with AcKc. UTG+2 calls, Villain( calls in MP. Flop Kh Jh 2s I bet 80, UTG folds, Villain(800) quickly makes it 275. I think briefly and put him all-in for 500 on top. Hand 3: 5 limpers to me(2000) on the button with 4s5s. I raise to 40. Blinds fold. 3 of the limpers call. CO goes all-in for 150 total, 110 more to me. The limpers all have between 700 and 1500. I make it 340 total to try to get it heads up against CO. |

Re: A few hands from one of my worst nights ever.
Nobody in these games 3bets the flop without the nuts. If I 3bet the flop here he folds bottom set. I've been 3betting draws in this game with great success and nobody is adjusting.

Re: A few hands from one of my worst nights ever.
hand 1 3 bet flop all day.
hand 2 seems fine. i play 2-5 and 5-10 at foxwoods, maybe i know you? also agree that 3 betting flop in hand 1 is super strong, but who cares let him play bad, draw incorrectly, etc. ill be up there today actually 2-5 or 5-10 |
