I'm definitely just calling the c/r and waiting for him to fire again on the turn. This is going to be a c-bet pickoff attempt by the villain a high % of the time on this type of board. Let him fire at it again. Of course knowing that he calls your 3-bet changes things, but that has to be ignored.
