does it make a difference that it's PL not NL? he bet pot, i reraised pot, he reraised pot...

he has at the LEAST QQ/AK right?

Right, and you kill QQ, split KK, are killed by AA, and kill AK. Not to mention all the money already in the pot. Don't fold Kings PF, it's crazy.
